Art of Nursing CIC is a nurse-led social enterprise dedicated to keeping the human in increasingly non-human health and care systems. Working across the NHS and social care, higher education and communities, we partner with nurses, health and social care teams, artists and educators to develop evidence-informed, creative and compassionate approaches that improve care, workforce wellbeing and system performance. Our work spans workforce health, creative health, service evaluation of arts based and social prescribing programmes, multi sector leadership development, professional education, art exhibitions and using the arts to help nurses stay human. Through our focus on Artful Intelligence™ developing alongside Artifical Intelligence we co create innovative empathetic practice, we help organisations create healthier cultures, strengthen neighbourhood health and improve outcomes for people, families and communities.
