Tim Morris is VP Global Nursing Solutions at Elsevier, specializing in evidence-based nursing, Clinical Decision Support, Hospital Workflow Solutions, Clinical Skills, eLearning, and responsible AI for nursing practice globally. He has nearly four decades, 38 years, of experience across healthcare, spanning frontline nursing, clinical practice, healthcare technology, and clinical decision support. Tim began his career as a Charge Nurse in the UK, focused on Emergency Medicine, and holds a BSc in Health Studies from the University of Surrey, UK.

His career spans direct patient care in a London A&E department, research, management, and product development across the NHS and private healthcare companies. At Elsevier, Tim has developed deep expertise in decision support, knowledge management, nursing education, clinical skills development, and nursing-focused workflow solutions.

Tim has worked with clinicians, nurses, educators, and nurse leaders across all continents, gaining a deep understanding of the pressures facing nursing teams and healthcare organizations. In his current role, he is focused on advancing Elsevier’s global nursing solutions, including ClinicalKey for Nursing AI, Clinical Skills, and eLearning. His work brings Elsevier’s trusted nursing content together with responsible AI, evidence-based guidance, and digital learning to support nursing decision-making, strengthen clinical practice, improve workflow, support education, and enhance patient care.
